ookushana LTD owns and operates this website and all other web services and products offered by ookushana now, in the past and in the future, including but not limited to, the ookushana Eventbrite page, the Kajabi Online Platform and all related social media platforms (including Facebook and Instagram). 

 

By accessing, using, and viewing this website, and signing up to or downloading any products, classes, resources and content, you hereby consent and agree to these terms and conditions. 

 

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between ookushana LTD and the user of this site (personally and/or on behalf of the entity you are using the site for). 

 

By accessing or using any part of this (or our connected) site, you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by these terms, which contain a terms of sale agreement, an arbitration agreement, liability limitations,

1. Your use of any information or materials on this website and within our services is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It is your own responsibility to ensure that any information or services available through this website (and all connected websites) meets your specific requirements. 

2. Ookushana LTD & all team members not not provide any warranty or guarantee to the accuracy, completeness, suitability, timeliness or performance of the information and materials found or offered via this website and within our services for any particular purpose or person. 

3. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we exclude liabilities for any errors or inaccuracies to the fullest extent. 

4. You understand that it is your responsibility  to consult with a medical professional or physician prior to and regarding your participation in the services provided by ookushana LTD & Team.

5. You understand you are solely responsible for any risks or outcomes after participating in any services provided by ookushana LTD and understand that ookushana LTD are in no way liable for any outcome.

6. By purchasing a service from ookushana LTD, you hereby authorise, understand and agree that this payment in non-refundable; not to dispute this charge under any circumstance or in any manner with your bank or any merchant processor. 

7. Upon purchasing a service from ookushana LTD, you agree not to share, re-sell, re-distribute or misuse any content, material or service provided. 

8. When you register with ookushana LTD via this or any connected website, you expressly consent to receive any notices, announcements, agreements, documents and/or communication concerning new services from ookushana LTD.

9. Refunds are not applicable for any cancellations for our services, courses, retreats or training programs. For online events, you will have access to replays. For in-person events you may only reschedule your session with 48 hours notice. For retreats you may receive a 50% refund with 4-weeks notice, otherwise full amount will be due. 

10. You use this site at your own risk. Ookushana LTD are not liable for any accident, direct or indirect, actual, exemplar, loss or revenue, pain or suffering, emotional distress or other damages.

11. You indemnify and hold this site, ookushana LTD and all team members and content providers harmless from any breach of terms by you, including any use of content other than as authorised in these Terms. 

12. You agree that the indemnified parties will have no liability in connection with any breach of contract or unauthorised use, and you agree to indemnify any and all resulting loss, damages and expenses in connection. 

13. You agree that we shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from this information found on this site or any connected services with ookushana LTD & team members. 

14. In the event of event or service cancellations, we are in no way responsible for your disappointment or any connected losses or emotional distress. 

15. In the event of disappointment during or after the completion of any of our services, we are in no way responsible for compensation of any kind. 

16. Any of the ookushana team reserve the right to remove any participant of any event, course or retreat at any point without notice or refund if they are deemed disruptive, abusive or harmful to any party throughout the duration of the event, course or retreat. You hereby agree you understand that no verbal, physical or mental abuse will be tolerated and will result in immediate dismissal.
